We reserve the right to change our terms & conditions from time to time without notice. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions then you must cease using the website with immediate effect. Any changes made after placement of orders will not affect your order unless required by law.

payment & delivery

All orders are custom made, individually printed by our third party services provider, hand signed & numbered, then packaged & posted with care. Once full payment is received, the order will be processed based upon our lead times for products below. Please refer to Shipping Information.

refund policy

We are a small boutique creative practice that has recently been established. At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders on purchases from our online art store. Please select carefully before committing to the purchase of a work of fine art.

All prints are printed on demand, personally hand signed & numbered, then quality checked by us before being packaged & posted with the utmost care. As such, we are unable to recover printing costs. No stock is kept or stored, each purchase is printed individually on an as ordered basis.

All original artworks are in authentic & fragile condition. This means that they may have imperfections in the paper or slight damage to edging. This only adds to the bespoke, handmade quality of the artworks, & enhances their authenticity. We can provide advice on framing options if you wish to display the artwork with a clean edge.

lead times

Lead times quoted in our online art store range from 2-4 weeks (business days only). This is due to the bespoke nature of the works of fine art. As mentioned above, all prints are required to be individually printed by our third party printing service, then hand signed & numbered by the artist. Prior to postage, all printed artworks are inspected carefully for quality assurance by the artist then packaged with care before being posted via Australia Post, standard economy.
